Learning at home - Week 1 & 2
Welcome to our Learning at Home work for weeks 1 and 2. Teachers have have developed a variety of learning at home materials and resources to support students with their learning during this time. These learning packs contain learning activities and resources in the areas of:
- Physical Education
- Zones of Regulation
- The Arts
- Brain Breaks
- and Hands On Learning.
We hope that you and your child/ren find these packs and learning materials easy to access, use and learn from. Class teachers will notify you via email with information about which colour pack your child/ren should download for English and Maths and other specific instructions your child/ren need. The packs are designed to use over an approximately 2 week time frame. There is no an expectation that all activities are finished. Students and families are encouraged to do what they can do, when they can, while still having time for other important learning and relaxation within the family home.
We encourage students to record their home learning in one exercise book (apart from hands-on and physical activities). If students require an exercise book please let your teacher know. The table below contains links to all the packs developed. As the two week period progresses your teacher will make contact with you. During this time you can ask questions, share work and receive feedback about the activities.
This grid has been developed to help you monitor what your child/ren have done each day.
